North Fayette is a West Hills township of about 16,000 residents, bordered by Findlay, Moon, Robinson, Collier, South Fayette, Oakdale and McDonald. U.S. Routes 22 and 30 and the Parkway West (I-376) run through it, and The Pointe at North Fayette sits right next to Robinson Town Centre, The Mall at Robinson and Settlers Ridge. CCAC's West Hills Center and Pittsburgh Technical College are on McKee Road.
North Fayette nearly tripled in size from about 5,600 people in 1970 to more than 16,000 today, so many homes are newer single-family houses, townhomes and apartments built over the last few decades, along with older homes in its villages.
