How often can I schedule a recurring cleaning?

You choose the frequency that fits your home when you book. Many customers pick weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Call 412-534-5992 if you would like help picking.

What is included in a recurring cleaning?

Each visit follows our written room-by-room checklist for the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas. See the checklist page for the full list.

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?

Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or skip. Changes under 48 hours before your appointment have a $50 fee, under 24 hours is 50% of the booking total, and same-day changes are 100% of the booking total.

Will you check in with me after the first visits?

Yes. After your first three visits, we text to check in and ask for your feedback. You are always welcome to reach out to us at any time.

Do you offer a guarantee on recurring visits?

Yes. Our 100% Happiness Guarantee applies. Tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right with a re-clean. Hourly bookings are not covered.
